If your shipping address is incomplete or the zip-code is incorrect, the computer will not display shipping method choices and complete your order. To correct an error in your address, it may be necessary to erase, and re-type the entire address, or an entire line of your address. The new software behind this feature has proven to be worth the extra trouble by preventing misdirected mail.

A carefully calculated shipping rate schedule is in effect; you may be pleased with the low rates offered! All domestic shipping is First Class or Priority Mail service with delivery in 2 days or less; up to 3 days in the West. International delivery is generally within no more than 6 – 10 business days. When more than one Priority Mail service is listed, please select the LOWEST RATE! Checks will be accepted from U.S. customers, made out in U.S. currency only.
International buyers are asked to use a credit card, Pay-Pal or a money order. Our website has a convenient currency conversion feature located in the upper left-hand corner which easily toggles between U.S. currency, and the international currency you choose. International customers using money orders should set the web page to order in U.S. currency. CANADA: Canadian customers can use a Canadian postal money order payable in U.S. dollars. NIGERIA: For Nigeria, it is suggested that you call, Email, or use WhatsApp +1 484 602 5851 for a price-quote on DHL delivery. DHL is more expensive, but it runs on-time and is hassle-free.
A 25% re-stocking charge applies to all return goods. Returns will be accepted only for sealed, unopened goods. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refunds will be allowed for orders returned for unpaid customs charges.
Domestic Priority Mail is generally insured up to $50 per package; Priority Mail Express: $100 per package. Please check with your Post Office for international coverage limits. Postal insurance is for loss or damage during transit only, and does not cover theft after delivery. If you receive your package damaged, please let us know, and retain the damaged items and packaging for Postal inspection.
Silver in a bottle and other products may be returned for credit within 14 days of purchase, if returned unopened in original packaging.
