Health Wyze Dental Cleanser
Even though it may be inopportune for the dental industry to grapple with, it has been proven that our teeth are actually able to heal themselves, if the conditions are right. A process of remineralization takes place, which functions as the opposite of decay. The right mix of minerals applied to the surface of your teeth is absorbable into your tooth enamel, to strengthen, build and even to close cavities. There is no guarantee that remineralization will be effective for any individual or for any particular purpose, but the product does provide the raw materials for it to happen.
This dry powder cleans, while fighting the kinds of pathogens which commonly cause diseases of the mouth, and bad breath. The mild, but delicious flavor of just the right combination of both spearmint and peppermint makes brushing a pleasure, for a change. It is soothing to the mouth, and does not burn like normal toothpaste. Powder is formulated using all food-grade ingredients with no toxic preservatives, making it an edible cleanser. There are no soaps, solvents or abrasives, but yet it is more effective than your average toothpaste. There is no chemical preservative to make it toxic; no harmful fluoride.
Dental caries (cavities) are, “...The most chronic disease affecting mankind…”i Health Wyze dental cleanser is formulated especially to give your teeth the very best opportunity to actually heal themselves through the process of remineralization.ii It supplies the necessary calcium, phosphorus, and magnesium; while at the same time, fighting germs through the use of myrrh and zinc, giving you a lasting, refreshed, minty experience. Your tooth enamel may be further whitened with the help of the included zinc, as it is strengthened through the use of our zylitol, instead of yesteryear’s toxic fluoride. The lasting germicidal effect makes your mouth feel super-clean for up to 24 hours.
Each of seven ingredients is carefully blended to make this the foremost, world-class dry tooth cleanser available anywhere. The magic of this formula is the result of countless hours of research undertaken by Thomas Corriher, of Health Wyze Media, in response to popular demand.
Powdered Milk ─ In his book, Nutrition and Physical Degeneration: A Comparison of Primitive and Modern Diets and Their Effects, Weston A. Price, MS., D.D.S., F.A.G.D., (1939), who is said to have been the most famous dentist and dental researcher of all time, it is stated that dietary butter is the fastest way to remineralize (repair) the teeth. Butter is a type of nutritionally-concentrated milk, and so is powdered milk. This ingredient was chosen for its perfect bioavailable balance of calcium and phosphorous in a concentrated form. It naturally contains an exceptional blend of nutrients for aiding teeth and bones.iii
Myrrh ─ A tree sap, dried and ground into powder for this cleanser, has been used since ancient times. Its use in popular toothpastes exploded once it was introduced in Health Wyze dental cleanser a decade ago; the formula for which has never been altered. Here, it is meant to help keep the yeast and bacteria which inhabit the mouth under control. It is safe, organic, and of superior quality because the type used in this product is harvested primarily during the summer months, when its color is light-beige, and the beneficial compounds are most concentrated.
Magnesium Citrate ─ Magnesium is a necessary ingredient because it helps the calcium to bond with the teeth.
Zinc Gluconate ─ Zinc not only whitens teeth, it has anti-bacterial and anti-yeast properties; and it improves the flavor of the cleanser.
Spearmint ─ This is plain, organic leaves with nothing added. In addition to making for its pleasant flavor, spearmint adds beneficial chlorophyll, which has a history of use in the prevention of gingivitis, even though we are not allowed to promise so, under present-day regulations.
Peppermint ─ This compliments the flavor of spearmint by adding a cooling tingle. Plain, organic leaves; not an extract, because the extract would have a strong, burning effect. Natural mint is used because extracts are not needed to mask any otherwise overwhelming chemical taste.
Xylitol ─ An artificial sweetener, although made from organic ingredients; zylitol has found a place as an alternative to fluoride because it is known to strengthen tooth enamel; rather than weaken it, as most sweeteners may. Xylitol is not toxic to the human body, but is extremely toxic to mouth plaque.
The missing ingredient ─ Health Wyze dental cleanser has always been formulated without fluoride, because xylitol is indicated as a superior alternative; it strengthens tooth enamel without all the serious side-effects of fluoride.
Usage Instructions
It’s best to keep some water good enough to drink, such as spring water, handy to use to dampen your toothbrush, and for rinsing. Avoid tap-water if it has chlorine and fluoride, because it could diminish the beneficial effects of this product.
Dampen the toothbrush, but shake out the excess water. The brush should be damp but not wet.
Gently tap the bristles of the toothbrush against the powdered cleanser, so that some of the product attaches to the brush.
Brush the teeth as is normal.
Avoid getting water droplets inside the powder and keep the container closed between brushings.
Be careful not to overtighten when closing the container. If the dental powder gets onto the threads of the cap, and it is sealed tightly, then the container might be difficult to reopen. If this problem is experienced, then peck (tap) the top of the container with a toothbrush handle to vibrate the cap, before reattempting to open the container.
Not for Dogs
Xylitol is dangerous to dogs. Therefore, this product should never be used to clean a dog's teeth. The issue is largely that xylitol is so much like real sugar to a dog that his body will release massive amounts of insulin to counteract this "sugar", when there really is no sugar at all. The excessive insulin causes a massive drop in the dog's real blood sugar, which can be life-threatening. The best solution is to counteract the insulin by giving the dog some real sugar. It can simply be a spoonful of table sugar, or even candy. Avoid chocolate, unless it is the only option. This is the quickest and safest fix for a dog that is suffering from xylitol toxicity. Taking the dog to the veterinarian will simply cost precious time.
